Fairness Doctrine: both sides eat the identical event at the identical second. Hazards hit cells, not units -- good spacing dodges them. Buffs stack-cap at +100% move / +80% damage. A fully-ignored hazard threatens a small slice of a tower; chaos punishes mistakes, it never decides the game.
